Prescription Compounding

In some cases, your physician or nurse may decide that the best medication for you is one that isn’t commercially available. In this case, your pharmacist may be able to make it (compound it) specially for you.

Simply bring your prescription to our team at Holly Pharmacy, and we will let you know if it needs to be compounded, approximately how long it will take to make, and how much it will cost.

Depending on the complexity of your prescription, please allow our pharmacists several days to research and make your medication and bill your insurance company. While most prescriptions can be compounded within one to two business days, more complex prescriptions may take up to a week if specialty ingredients need to be ordered.
